The staff and location were just pleasant. Thanks to the courteous and great staff everything was wonderful. Units with a bathtub. Coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were provided if needed. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and exceptional - at a short distance from French Quarter. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The staff was accommodating, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. I've had new-fashioned and tidy room with chocolate and a perfect view, for instance.

I loved starting my day with a delicious buffet and late check-out. The meeting spaces had great views. The free Wi-Fi at the coffee spot was a lifesaver.

I enjoyed paying for parking daily even though I barely used it. Great deal!

Great location close to popular attractions and friendly staff who were helpful during our stay. The hotel was very clean and provided a safe environment for guests to enjoy.

The walls in the rooms were quite thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms. Additionally, there were some issues with the valet service and unexpected charges, such as an automatic $200 hold for incidentals and being overcharged initially without proper explanation or resolution until questioned.

The rooms were perfect and fabulous with a king size bed. The staff was personable. The location was great and unbeatable for our visit to an urban public plaza nearby. There was a wide array of healthy food. The service was nice and parking was close to the venue.

Great location in the Downtown New Orleans district, close enough to all the Mardi Gras celebrations, parades, the French Quarter, trolley car. Immaculate unit with two queen beds. Central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV were nice amenities.

The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring a large aquarium. The hotel is in a great area, just a short walk from the river walk, casino, Bourbon Street, and the French Quarter. I was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded to a deluxe Queen with double beds and a view. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, especially considering the higher prices.

I would have liked a better vacation for senior people if the staff's knowledge and attentiveness to guests were more consistent throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was free and had plenty of good food. They have Hearing Access rooms with a perfect view, double queen beds, and a bathtub. The staff was really kind and suggested places for us to visit.
